Great Customer Service

Landscaping is not just landscaping, if you want to have a beautiful outdoor space and a good relationship with your provider you need to know this.   Many people can mow grass and call themselves a landscape company but good customer service is not easy to come by. 

GreenEarth Landscape Services has a dedicated team providing proactive customer service to each customer.  There are many people that are part of the GreenEarth team but we are going to take a few minutes and tell you about the Account Manager and their role within GreenEarth.

Each Account Manager has customers that they are responsible for.   This person communicates with the customer on a regular basis, supervises the team that services the property, and makes sure the job is done and the customer is happy.

One of the key tools that we use for this are CARE Calls.  This is a regularly scheduled visit to the property to discuss things that we are doing right and things that we can improve on.  Some clients may want this interaction weekly while others prefer quarterly, we customize this process to meet each property’s needs.

So what is a CARE Call exactly……Customer, Assurance, Review, Evaluation.   This is the time that the Account Manager dedicates to you and your property’s needs, whether it is a large commercial or your personal home we will give you the attention you need and deserve.  During the CARE Call the customer will be asked to rate GreenEarth and our services, this is feedback that we take extremely seriously and use to improve our skills.  If we receive a low rating we want to know why so we can make a change for the specific property or companywide. 

We also take all positive feedback seriously and back to the team. All of employees are valued and when we are able to commend them for a job well done we want to do that.  

The key to good customer service is good communication!  GreenEarth is always evaluating our processes for internal communication amongst the team as well external communication with our customers and vendors.   No one is perfect at communication but we strive to be as close to perfect as possible.   We have guidelines in place for response times, follow up processes as well as regular proactive communication as discussed above.   We encourage our customers to share with us anything that we can do to improve our communication as each person has different expectations and needs.
